Holman History & New Partner Experience

As part of a new initiative to welcome new hires, Holman introduced a new character, Charger. In their first week, employees watch a short History of Holman video that traces the company’s journey from its humble beginnings to where it stands today. Over the next seven weeks, Charger leads new hires through the processes and culture that make Holman, Holman.
